Lisa will be speaking at Palm Springs Modernism Week. Her talk will focus on the incorporation of stone in modernist buildings and landscapes in Palm Springs, and will trace the origin of this expression in the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. The lecture will conclude with an exploration of the use of stone in contemporary buildings and landscapes.
The lecture will be held at the Palm Springs Art Museum.
