LGLA is working with long-time collaborator Zakian Woo Architects to develop the Ararat Home on a 15-acre site adjacent to the existing care center. The project features a skilled nursing facility, memory care, and independent living. Active recreation, gathering spaces, and intimate gardens will support intergenerational relationships.
