Newport Beach
LGLA collaborated with architect Annette Wiley on a green renovation of a 1950’s tract home. The entry landscape features stepped terraces of decomposed granite, flanked by sculptural plantings of Peppermint Willow and succulents. The rear garden is a private retreat, with an elegant spa fountain separated from the entertainment zone by a small wooden bridge.
